We just received a very welcome birthday present from Tourism Australia: a brand new video of our dining tours. Filmed on location in Potts Point, Sydney as part of the National Experience Content Initiative project, a $12 million content creation initiative aimed at supporting tourism businesses across Australia in our recovery and driving increased visitation by helping us to better market our experiences and attractions.
Kicking-off at Sopra for cocktails then Ezra for Mediterranean mains and finishing at Gelato Messina 'over the border' in Darlinghurst for our dessert.
A big thank you to our hospo’ friends who mixed drinks, cooked and "acted" for the purpose of the video. Very kindly opening just for us during a mid-week day and patiently awaiting this final cut. Also thanks to our talent for going along with all our requests - have you ever tried eating or drinking slowly on camera before? It takes a lot of perseverance.
