what price point do the walks start at?
Wine & dine with a local walks price points are as follows:
$175 PP - 3 courses for groups 1 - 10 guests
$198 PP - 4 courses for groups 1 - 10 guests
$425 total for two guests (private walk)
We can negotiate special prices for larger party bookings
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING PRICE?
All set-menu food & beverages.
Any extra beverages - alcoholic or non-alcoholic - need to be paid for separately from the bill.
The wonderful company of your local guide who tells fabulous stories and anecdotes about the restaurants, people and precinct.
Some local knowledge along the way.
MAY I BRING MY CHILD WHO IS UNDER 18?
Because we are visiting licensed drinking establishments our wine & dine with a local walks are only available for 18+ guests. However if you are traveling as a family we can create a tailored dining walk that only includes suitable venues for the under age. Please send us an email to discuss options for all areas.
ARE YOU ABLE TO CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?
Yes as long as you tick the appropriate box in the bookings form we are able to cater for most dietary requests including: vegetarian, allergies, gluten intolerance and dairy intolerance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF i CANCEL MY BOOKING?
For Group bookings if you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the time agreed we will not charge you a cancellation fee apart from the booking site & PayPal fees. However a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking amount total plus the booking site and PayPal fees will be charged if notice is given in less than 24 hours prior to booking.
For Private bookings if you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the date agreed we will not charge you a cancellation fee apart from the merchant fees. However a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking amount total plus the merchant fees will be charged if notice is given less than 7 days prior to booking.
WHAT HAPPENS IF i DON'T SHOW UP FOR MY BOOKING TIME?
For Group & Private bookings: in the event of a "no show" 100% of the total amount paid will be forfeited.
where should I meet my guide for my booked walk?
We have a fabulous selection of small bars & restaurants where we meet our guests for a refreshing pre-dinner drink before setting out. Please refer to your confirmation e-mail for the meeting place for your chosen walk. You will also receive a confirmation text message on the day of the walk with meeting venue details.
what should i wear?
Although Sydney is a casual & relaxed city we encourage our guests to dress for dinner as we will be dining in some pretty snazzy places. However if you have lost your luggage or are just traveling light we will understand if you turn up just wearing your best Zara outfit or smart jeans and a shirt.
are your dining walks suitable for disabled guests?
Certainly - as long you let us know in advance - we can choose flat terrain and easy access venues for disabled guests. Just be mindful that the distance between venues can be between 5 -10 minutes of travel so guest will need to be able to manage this distance comfortably especially if part of a larger group.
