Because we are visiting licensed drinking establishments this experience is only available for 18+ - unless otherwise negotiated prior to booking.

Minimum & maximum guests per walk

Minimum   x 2 guests per dining walk

Maximum x 10 guests per dining walk

For private bookings we can cater for larger groups with a minimum of two weeks notice.

CANCELLATIONS

For Group bookings if you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the time agreed we will not charge you a cancellation fee apart from the Stripe fees. However a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking amount total plus Stripe fees will be charged if notice is given in less than 48 hours prior to booking.

For Private bookings if you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the date agreed we will not charge you a cancellation fee apart from the merchant fees. However a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking amount total plus the merchant fees will be charged if notice is given less than 7 days prior to booking.

If a Private booking is postponed more than twice and results in cancellation then a 20% of the total cost admin fee will be deducted before a refund is issued.

NO SHOW

In the event of a "no show" 100% of the total amount paid will be forfeited.

Change of Format

The Sydney Connection reserves the right to change the venues/ menu for the evening for group or private dining walks and festival events due to unforeseen circumstances ie a restaurant is unable to honor our booking or supply the advertised food.

Damages and responsibilities

The Sydney Connection is fully insured for Public Liability.
