We’re very happy to welcome Pasta Emilia to our Surry Hills Dining Tour line-up. Pasta Emilia is Anna Maria Eoclidi’s tribute to the gastronomic traditions of Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. Conceived as a restaurant, cooking school and certified organic food lab, the kitchen produces fresh pasta and sauces rooted in centuries-old practice. Guided by a commitment to clean, responsible provenance, the team is dedicated to these values.
Nestled in the heart of Surry Hills, Paripé is an intimate tapas bar celebrating the authentic flavours and vibrant culture of Spain. Founded by two passionate Spaniards with a shared dream, Paripé brings a true taste of Spain to Sydney, creating a warm and lively space where guests can relax, share and enjoy the traditions of a Spanish tapas bar.
We are happy to announce our newest addition Ciao Fabbrica as an Entree venue on our Darlinghurst Dining Tour. Following the closure of much-loved Italian eatery A Tavola, Darlinghurst’s pasta faithful didn’t have to wait long for a worthy successor. Love Tilly Group’s favourite child the Darlo version of Fabbrica Pasta Bar, has been calling the iconic two-story terrace home for over two years, establishing its own crowd in the ‘hood and keeping the suburb’s pasta traditions very much alive.
Creating this album of 2025 highlights reminded us of just how much has happened this year in the life of The Sydney Connection. There are definitely a few strong themes: fabulous food, beautiful flowers, inspiring art, great people and wonderful Sydney!

Tucked into the elegant two-level Art Deco space on the ground floor of the New Yorker building and seating just 24 diners, Caravin has been punching above its weight since first opening two years ago on Ward Avenue, fast becoming a Popo favourite.
A recent comment on Insta’ from the lovely Heidi, reminded us just how much our guests enjoy our dining tours! Her family of six adults booked our Surry Hills Tour last October via one of our trusted Travel Partners. On the night we met in the foyor of the eternally elegant Shangri-la Sydney before whisking our guests off to Toei our new Korean / Japanese find located on the border of Surry Hills and Darlinghurst.
