Inspired by the Japanese concept of Iki (粋) — a philosophy of refined simplicity and natural elegance — Iki Dining blends tradition with modern vibrancy to create a space where food connects people and memories are shared.

The Executive Head Chef Masahiko Yomoda is a Michelin-starred chef who has also been featured on MasterChef and Iron Chef. With more than 25 years of international culinary experience across Japan, France, and Australia, he brings precision, creativity, and heart to this new venue. His philosophy is grounded in tradition, guided by innovation, and defined by an appreciation of the smaller details.
