We are thrilled to share with you the first batch of images from our shoot with Tourism Australia. It was an intense but ultimately fun afternoon of shooting stills and video around Potts Point in late April.

The weather was not on our side that day, therefore it's taking a little longer for the final cut of the video to be released. The crew have had to re-shoot the outdoor footage to splice in with the interior scenes.

In the meantime we have these beautiful images of our "models" Larissa, Liz and Anush enjoying a charcuterie and Australian cheese plate at the elegant Spanish inspired Sopra. With cocktails, originally created by Nayuta Bar in Osaka, Japan and made with great attention by Bar Manager Kennedy CK.

We then moved onto mains at the charming "house of mezze" Ezra, located in a grand terrace on Kellett Street. Nick & Sara looked after us as we lunched safely undercover in the leafy and stylish front courtyard. Tucking into Jerusalem bagels, mopping-up Ezra's signature Muhamarra dip - a rich and moorish dish made from macadamia nuts and pomegranates. Followed by a soft and tender chick-pea miso-cured Barramundi with, parsley and tahini sauce and the amazing roast cauliflower with halloumi. Paired with a light Pinot Gris Azahara from North West Victoria.

We then popped over the border to Darlinghurst and treated ourselves to Messina Gelato before the rain completely took over the day. Messina gelato is made with their own jersey milk from their farm in Numurkah, Country Victoria and churned fresh daily in store.

A big thanks to the venues for agreeing to take part and to The Precinct Studio for production.

Looking forward to seeing the video!
