Our latest special event is part of Sparkling Sydney - a food and wine festival happening in Pyrmont, celebrating all there is to love about Australian gastronomy & amazing sparkling wines!

At our second stop on our travelling feast, we will enjoy an entrée of fresh Sydney Rock Oysters with a glass of Rotari Trentodoc  at Blue Eye Dragon, where the restrained Oriental artwork has turned the old St Bede's church hall into something of a neighbourhood temple. Local families flock for the home-style cooking of Taiwan enjoy an eclectic journey around Chinese regional classics thanks to practiced chef Jade Huang.
