Our latest special event is part of Sparkling Sydney - a food and wine festival in Pyrmont, celebrating all there is to love about Australian gastronomy & amazing sparkling wines!

We will be introducing you to the neighbourhood gem Bistro Clementine for our Mains course. A choice of either a divine Fresh Malfadine Pasta served with green sauce, peas, pecorino & macadamia - for those who prefer a vegetarian dish. Or 250gm Grass Fed Scotch Fillet served with Kombu Butter and Cress - for the omnivores amongst you. A hard choice!

The talented crew offer a modern riff on classic Australian and European dishes - for breakfast, lunch and dinner – so you may want to stay over after dinner! Enjoy a concise collection of nostalgic and new-wave wines in a cosy restaurant that is elegant without losing its casual vibe.
