Here it is: our new video promo filmed on location in Surry Hills & Darlinghurst at the fabulous Brix Distillery, Tilly May’s and Loluk Bistro. Woo hoo!
To kick off the evening at Brix we enjoyed a fresh Rum Spritz cocktail with a tasty mezze platter with prosciutto, truffle salami, bresaola, manchego, ash brie, crackers & rum mango jam.
At Tilly May’s we loved the ocean trout with cauliflower, couscous, pine nut, currant, coriander broccolini, beetroot yoghurt & kale crisp.
To finish we indulged in the signature dessert at Loluk of lavender creme brulee. All accompanied by matching wines.
