‘Taste of Australia’ features 5 spirits from 5 states that each look at the diversity and ingenuity of Australian Distilling.
Brandy talks you through the palate and flavour profile of each spirit while recounting some of the ‘A-ha’ moments and human stories he’s heard first hand from his time at said distilleries.

The Four Pillars crew in Surry Hills are pumping out all the pretty bottles from the Gin Lab upstairs and have click & collect running from the Gin shop downstairs.
Co-founder Stu has taken it upon himself to be lead delivery driver - to keep him from driving his family mad at home! A throwback to his time as a wine delivery boy back in the day.
If you’re in one of the inner Sydney LGA’s you can order bottled cocktails, gin, mixers, Made From Gin goodies, and even beer and wine direct from the Surry Hills Gin Shop.
