We have another new player on Llankelly Place, iki Dining, which we are looking forward to introducing to our guests. A big congratulations to two of our favourites, Ezra and Avia, for reaching milestones in Potts Point and Darlinghurst respectively.

New Player | iki Dining
We are excited to announce the addition of iki dining to our Potts Point dining experience.
The latest arrival on bustling Llankelly Place, the funky pink neon and slick matt finish concrete fit-out has the locals intrigued. Inspired by the Japanese concept of iki (粋) — a philosophy of refined simplicity and natural elegance — Iki Dining blends tradition with modern vibrancy to create a space where food connects people and memories are shared.
The restaurant’s vision is to redefine Japanese dining in Sydney by offering experiences that are deeply authentic and refreshingly modern. From the comforting depth of a steaming bowl of ramen to the lively buzz of an Izakaya night, iki Dining makes high-quality Japanese cuisine accessible, exciting, and unforgettable.
Executive Head Chef Masahiko Yomoda, is a Michelin-starred chef who has also been featured on Master Chef and Iron Chef. With more than 25 years of international culinary experience across Japan, France, and Australia, he brings precision, creativity, and heart to this new venue. His philosophy is grounded in tradition, guided by innovation, and defined by an appreciation of the smaller details.
We will be enjoying our a selection of seasonal seafood dishes for our entree course at iki Dining, on the Potts Point Dining Tour.
Five Years of Ezra
Ezra recently celebrated five fantastic years on beautiful Kellett Street, Potts Point! Congratulations to Nick, Kirk, and their hardworking team on reaching such a genuine milestone in restaurant-land. We’ve taken many guests to Ezra over the years, and every Mediterranean-inspired dish has been beautifully prepared, perfectly presented, and absolutely delicious.

Congratulations to Jack, Stefano, and their wonderful team at Avia on celebrating this milestone! One year in hospitality can sometimes feel like five — but what a year it’s been. Avia’s rustic Italian cuisine, served with verve and panache in their slick, contemporary dining room on Taylor Square, has quickly become a Darlinghurst favourite.
