Following the closure of much-loved Italian eatery A Tavola, Darlinghurst’s pasta faithful didn’t have to wait long for a worthy successor. Love Tilly Group’s favourite child the Darlo version of Fabbrica Pasta Bar, has been calling the iconic two-story terrace home for over two years, establishing its own crowd in the ‘hood and keeping the suburb’s pasta traditions very much alive.
