Happy Holidays!

Happy Holidays!

It’s been an exciting and eventful year at Sydney Connection HQ! We have embraced new experiences, developed skills, and continued to explore Sydney's vibrant dining scene. Moving offices, discovering new cocktails, and enjoying the local cuisine added a unique flavor to our journey. Refreshing swims between tour bookings, reading and and the prospect of meeting the people behind the bookings is the perfect way to balance work and relaxation over a Sydney summer.

Darlinghurst Reboot

Darlinghurst Reboot

We have taken the change of season as a cue to give our Darlinghurst dining tour route a reboot. Adding two new restaurant discoveries to tantalize our guests taste buds. We are now starting our Darlinghurst tour ‘over the border’ of Campbell Street in Surry Hills at  Dead Ringer. Housed in a grand terrace house, with handsome wood joinery & leather upholstery, the two-sided dining room frames an equally handsome bar.

The Sydney Connection is Ten Years Old

The Sydney Connection is Ten Years Old

Today we are 10 years old! On this day in January 2013 we took out a friends relatives, who were visiting from Tasmania, on a daytime walking tour of the Sydney CBD. Six months previously, our chief guide Maree had gone on an internet date with a guy called Oscar from Texas. After spending the day showing her guest all her favourite local haunts, Oscar complimented Maree on her unique tour guide style and suggested she do it as a living.
