Eastside Sydney is a new strategy group formed by our good friends from Darlinghurst Business Partnership , Potts Point Partnership and Surry Hills Creative Precinct Inc, to draw tourists attention to the other side of Sydney. Not just the Sydney of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House - we love them but hey there is more to us than two landmarks - but to focus attention on the creative, independent and artistic side of Sydney.
One of our favourite locals Kim Restaurant in Llankelly Place sadly closed over the weekend after 2.5 years of attentive service. The chief mission of David Ralph & co-owner TK was to introduce beautiful, contemporary Korean food to Sydneysiders. Their presentation of innovative dishes and their best in hip hop playlist will be missed!
Our first Glebe Tasting Trek dining walk event went off with a bang last night! Thanks to all our lovely guests who fully participated in the trekking experience on such a cold night. Friendships were made and food stories swapped across the table. The restaurants delivered a diverse - and very tasty - menu of cuisine from India, Slovakia, Greece and Lebanon.
