In the past month alone, we have bid farewell to the beloved Et Al and clocked the rebranding of House Bistrot. But amidst these changes, exciting new additions are also on the horizon.

Hello 2024!

It’s been a while between missives but we are back for 2024. Sydney has been bit by the love bug that is Sydney Mardi Gras. There is lots happening all over town as everyone gets into the spirit of celebration. Check out the festival programme here. We have a new player in Darlinghurst, bei bar & bistrot, located in the heart of the precinct at Taylor Square. We are looking forward to introducing our guests to the Mediterranean inspired menu, in the contemporary Scandi-vibe designed dining room of this Modernist 1930’s building.
