  • The wonderful company of your local guide who tells fabulous stories and anecdotes about the restaurants, people and precinct.

    What are your hours and nights of business?

    We conduct our dining tours on Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday nights.

    What time does the tour start and finish?

    • 6:30pm - for four courses

    • 7:30pm - for three courses

    • finishing at our last venue at around 10pm

    Are private tours available?

We accept private bookings for any day of the week if we have availability and with seven days notice.

We charge 20% more for a private tour as you will have us all to yourselves and we cannot accept another booking that night.

where do we meet you?

We meet at the first venue for the evening listed on your booking confirmation or we can pick you up in an Uber from your city hotel for a little extra.

Dining Tours are available throughout the year according to availability.

Bookings are available up to 72 hours before a booking time.

what price point do the walks start at?

$220 + booking fee per person - 3 courses

$250 + booking fee per person - 4 courses

We are negotiable on price per person for bookings over x12 guests.

WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR BOOKINGS?

At present we accept both Stripe and Paypal as forms of payment.

Stripe accepts all credit cards.

You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service.

Simply click the Paypal logo and it will take you through to a page where you can add credit card details and pay via Paypal.

This will not mean you have opened a Paypal account. More info here.

MAY I BRING MY CHILD WHO IS UNDER 18?

Because we are visiting licensed drinking establishments our wine & dine with a local walks are only available for 18+ guests. However if you are traveling as a family we can create a tailored dining walk that only includes suitable venues for the under age. Please send us an email to discuss options for all areas.

ARE YOU ABLE TO CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS?

Yes as long as you tick the appropriate box in the bookings form we are able to cater for most dietary requests including: vegetarian, vegan, allergies, gluten intolerance and dairy intolerance. We pre-order the meal so it is inconvenient but not impossible to change menu options on arrival at the restaurant.

WHAT HAPPENS IF i CANCEL MY BOOKING?

For Group bookings if you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the time agreed we will not charge you a cancellation fee apart from the booking site & Stripe fees. However a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking amount total plus the booking site and Stripe fees will be charged if notice is given in less than 48 hours prior to booking.

For Private bookings if you cancel your booking more than 7 days before the date agreed we will not charge you a cancellation fee apart from the merchant fees. However a cancellation fee of 50% of the original booking amount total plus the merchant fees will be charged if notice is given less than 7 days prior to booking.

WHAT HAPPENS IF i DON'T SHOW UP FOR the tour?

For Group & Private bookings: in the event of a "no show" 100% of the total amount paid will be forfeited.

where should I meet my guide?

We have a fabulous selection of small bars & restaurants where we meet our guests for a refreshing cocktail before setting out.

Please refer to your confirmation e-mail for the meeting place for your chosen walk. You will also receive a confirmation text message on the day of the walk with meeting venue details. If you booked via travel agent or a private tour we will pick you up from your inner city hotel or private address as arranged.

You can also add-on a pick-up from your city hotel or inner city accommodation when booking your tour. Note that we pick-up 30 minutes prior to the booking time to allow for peak hour traffic on week days. Weekend pick-ups are 15 minutes prior to your booking time.

what should i wear?

Although Sydney is a casual & relaxed city we encourage our guests to dress for dinner as we will be dining in some pretty snazzy places. However if you have lost your luggage or are just traveling light we will understand if you turn up just wearing your best Zara outfit or smart jeans and a shirt.

are your dining tours accessible for people with a disability?

Certainly - as long you let us know in advance - we can choose flat terrain and accessible venues for people with a disability. Just be mindful that the distance between venues is between 5 - 10 minutes of travel so the guest will need to be able to manage this distance comfortably especially if part of a larger group. Alternatively we can arrange to catch Ubers between venues at a cost price.
