We are very excited to announce that we will be kicking off our Surry Hills dining walks at Eileen's bar, from now on! The bar is located above Four Pillars Sydney Lab + Gin store on Crown Street, serving beautifully-crafted gin cocktails that showcase the ever-growing Four Pillars range. Hosting regular cocktail-making/education classes where a gin still - named Eileen of course - sits elegantly in the corner.
We will be indulging in a signature Four Pillars Gin cocktail - choose from Olive Leaf Gin, Spice Trade Gin, Spiced Negroni Gin or the latest batch of Bloody Shiraz Gin - accompanied by the very special Orange Gin marmalade with a gooey Australian cheese and a plate of cured meats & peppers.
We are looking forward to introducing our guests to the juniper blue bar and dark, sexy confines of the booths. Yah!
